It provides support of the lower back muscles in lower back pain (lumbago) caused by problems in the facet joints.

It is used in the treatment of lumbosacral and sacroiliac pain in chronic low back pain.

In cases where the sciatic nerve is affected, it is used to support the abdomen and lumbar region after spinal stenosis (spinal stenosis), calcification (spondylosis), stress fractures (spondylolysis), lumbar slip (spondylolisthesis), degenerative disc disease, childbirth and spinal surgery.
